How to post in your Samsung phone?
Simply follow these four easy steps to the peace of your mind:
Step 1
- Back up all your data from your Samsung handset.
- Remove your SIM card and memory card.
- Send the charger only in case of charging issues.
Step 2
- Click on the repair form link.
- Print the form, complete the details, and include your Samsung phone.
- In case you cannot take a printout, please write the details requested in the Repair Form and send it along with your phone.
Step 3
- Package your Samsung phone securely and send it to Select Telecom on details listed on our contact us page.
- Select cannot be held responsible for loss or damage whilst in transit.
- We recommend that you utilize a secure facility for sending your phone in for repair.
Step 4
- On receipt, your phone will be assessed and checked for warranty by an expert service engineer.
- After repair, we will inform you about applicable repair charges.
- We can send your phone back to you via non-secure free post. However, we recommend you chose us to send your phone via secure registered post, which is £7.95 per phone.
