The repair to your phone is counted non-warranty if the warranty period has expired (please refer to your phone User Guide for the warranty period information). Non-warranty repairs also include damage from liquid or other physical damage identified as non-manufacturer defects or, if non-Nokia accessories or covers have been used and have caused a functional failure with the phone or have contributed to the damage of the phone.
